❌ Are Products Eligible for Return or Exchange?
Due to the personal and home-use nature of our products, Micah Aaromas products are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.
We encourage customers to review product details thoroughly before making a purchase.
🚚 What If I Receive a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product?
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Leaking or broken
- Defective, or
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 🕙 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue promptly, the following are required:
- A clear, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.
- Photographs of the damaged/incorrect item and original packaging.
- A short description of the issue.

⚠️ Please note: Claims without an unboxing video and supporting images will not be accepted.
💳 Refunds for Failed Transactions
In the event of a failed or unsuccessful online transaction, refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
If the refund is delayed, we recommend first contacting your bank or payment provider. If needed, you can reach out to our support team for assistance.
