🚚 What If I Receive a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product?
If you receive an item that is:

Please contact us within 🕙 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue promptly, the following are required:
A clear, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.
Photographs of the damaged/incorrect item and original packaging.
After verification, we will issue a replacement or store credit based on the situation.
⚠️ Please note: Claims without an unboxing video and supporting images will not be accepted.
💳 Refunds for Failed Transactions
In the event of a failed or unsuccessful online transaction, refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
